Plan Your Disney Day

Submit a real Disney planning problem to the Adaptive Experiences council. Selected submissions may become public examples showing each preserved perspective and Julie’s final synthesis.

Plan Your Disney Day · This form is designed around what actually matters to your group, not just a list of attractions.

Month and approximate dates help account for crowds, seasonal events, and what is actually running.

Include ages for children. It helps make the plan realistic.

One sentence is enough. Examples: “My daughter wants to feel like a princess for a day” / “I want to cover as much as possible” / “We want to slow down and actually enjoy it.”

A ride, character meeting, meal, or experience. If skipping it would genuinely disappoint someone, put it here.

Loud sounds, sudden motion, physical restraint, crowds — anything worth knowing.

Helps build smoother pacing and fewer abrupt changes between activities.

Different from the non-negotiable above — this is the thing someone has not said out loud but would feel.
