Disney makes trade-offs unusually visible. Walking, heat, crowds, food, transportation, nostalgia, energy, and emotional priorities can turn the same set of facts into very different recommendations.
The point is to see what each perspective notices, then let a human decide which trade-offs fit the actual traveler.
How the Disney experiment began
The original experiment gave the same traveler profile and trip constraints to several long-context AI instances with stable roles. They did not collaborate. The outputs were not simply different versions of the same plan; each protected a different form of value.

Disney planning has no single correct answer. The “best” plan changes with the traveler. That makes it a useful, readable way to show how perspective changes outcomes—and how synthesis can preserve the strongest parts without flattening every voice into sameness.
